Mr. Vuong Dinh Hue, born in 1957, hometown: Nghi Xuan Commune, Nghi Loc District, Nghe An Province. Academic title and degree: Professor, Doctor of Economics.
Member of the Party Central Committee, 10th, 11th, 12th tenure; Member of the Politburo, 12th tenure; National Assembly Delegate, 13th, 14th tenure.
Mr. Hue is considered a well-trained officer with deep knowledge in the fields of economics, finance and currency. He was a lecturer at the Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting (now the Academy of Finance) from 1979 to 1985.
He has held the positions of Deputy State Auditor General, State Auditor General, Minister of Finance, Head of the Central Economic Commission, Deputy Prime Minister.
Mr. Hoang Trung Hai, as assigned by the Politburo, is Deputy Head of the Party's XIII Congress Documents Subcommittee (the Subcommittee is headed by General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong).
Mr. Hoang Trung Hai has just been disciplined by the Politburo in the form of a warning for serious violations and shortcomings in the process of directing the implementation of the Phase II Production Expansion Project - Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Company (TISCO II Project).
