In the next 3-6 hours, there is a very high risk of flash floods and landslides in mountainous districts, riverbank and coastal landslides: Huong Son, Huong Khe, Vu Quang, Duc Tho, Ky Anh, Nghi Xuan, Loc Ha, Cam Xuyen, Can Loc. Evacuating people from dangerous areas is currently very difficult.
