(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 29, the Provincial Military Command organized a working delegation led by Colonel Ha Tan Tien, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Commander of the Provincial Military Command, to visit and present gifts to two soldiers in difficult circumstances.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of Lieutenant Colonel Le Hong Tuan, Assistant to the Training Department, General Staff Department, Provincial Military Command, currently residing in Block 12, Dung Town, Thanh Chuong District.
