The Provincial Military Command gives breeding cows to policy families.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of March 27, the Provincial Military Command held a ceremony to present breeding cows to policy families in Nghi Cong Nam commune, Nghi Loc district.

Attending the ceremony were Lieutenant Colonel Thai Duc Hanh - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; leaders of Nghi Loc district and cadres and people of Nghi Cong Nam commune.

At the ceremony, the Provincial Military Command presented 3 breeding cows (worth 10 million VND each) to 3 policy families with difficult circumstances in the commune. They are the family of 4/4 war invalid Ngo Duc Truong in hamlet 1; the family of Mrs. Ngo Thi Tieu (mother of a martyr) in hamlet 10; the family of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nho (mother of a martyr) in hamlet 9. Immediately after the cow presentation ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Thai Duc Hanh and the working group visited Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nho's private home to visit, encourage, and present her with a gift of 1 million VND. Mrs. Nho is over 80 years old this year, currently worshiping her brother-in-law and son, a martyr whose grave has not been found.

The amount of 30 million VND donated to cows was taken from the fund "Save for yourself, save for the needy" contributed by officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command every month. At the handover ceremony of breeding cows to policy families, many officers and local people came to share the joy with the families, expressing their respect and affection for the officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command.

This is one of the activities that shows the affection and practical help of officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command to families with preferential policies and difficult circumstances who have the conditions to improve their lives; at the same time, it is a practical and effective activity of the Provincial Military Party Committee to thoroughly grasp and implement Directive 05 of the Politburo (Term XII) on studying and following the ideology, morality and lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh; contributing to beautifying the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", strengthening the close military-civilian relationship in the stationed area./.
