On the occasion of Military Region 4 holding the inauguration ceremony and handing over the canteen and kitchen for Na Ngoi Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities, the delegation of the Provincial Military Command and the Nghe An Provincial Red Cross presented 5 million VND and many gifts to the school.

Economic-Defense Group 4, Nghe An Provincial Military Command presented a television to Na Ngoi Secondary School.

On this occasion, Economic - Defense Group 4 under the Provincial Military Command presented the school with a Samsung TV worth more than 10 million VND so that teachers and students can watch TV during holidays and breaks.

The delegation also presented 5 million VND and hundreds of gifts to teachers and students of Muong Ai Primary School.

Muong Ai is a border commune with a difficult life, with more than 70% of the population being the Kho Mu ethnic group. It is one of the areas in the province with a high risk of flash floods.
