At the conference, Colonel Luong Hong Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, reported on a number of basic and important contents that the 10th Central Conference (11th tenure) discussed and approved, including: Draft political report of the 11th Party Central Committee at the 12th Party Congress; draft report assessing the results of the implementation of the 5-year socio-economic development tasks (2011 - 2015) and the direction and tasks of socio-economic development for the 5 years (2016 - 2020)...

Based on these contents, the Provincial Military Command has oriented a number of issues to continue improving the overall quality and combat strength of Party organizations at all levels in building defense zones, maintaining regional stability, and contributing to the socio-economic development of localities where troops are stationed.
Accordingly, in the immediate future, the Provincial Military Command requests Party committees and leaders of affiliated agencies and units to focus on successfully organizing Party Congresses at all levels in the armed forces of the whole province, towards the 12th National Party Congress.
On this occasion, the leaders of the Provincial Military Command also requested agencies and units to have plans and assign officers and soldiers to be ready for combat; organize activities to visit, encourage and give gifts to families with meritorious services, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the Armed Forces, officers and soldiers in difficult circumstances on the occasion of the 85th Anniversary of the Party's Founding Day (February 3) and the Lunar New Year, as well as other important political events of the country in 2015.
