On May 23, the working delegation of the Provincial Military Command led by Colonel Nguyen Hong Loi - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command organized a conference on democratic dialogue and activities for the second quarter of 2025 at the Mat Island Mixed Battalion.

At the same time, he directed the professional departments and offices to focus on reviewing and resolving to ensure the rights of officers, military personnel, non-commissioned officers and soldiers of the Mat Island Mixed Battalion. For any content beyond the authority, the conference chair and the agencies of the Provincial Military Command will synthesize and report to the Standing Party Committee, the head of the Provincial Military Command and the superiors for further explanation.
