Provincial Fatherland Front leaders attend the Great Unity Day in Quynh Luu

At the locality, delegates and people of Residential Area 3B and Village 4, Quynh Tam Commune reviewed the 94th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's traditional day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2024) and reported on the results of the movement "All people unite to build a civilized and developed residential area" in 2024.

The residential areas of hamlets 3B and 4 have more than 500 households, with nearly 2,400 people, of which parishioners account for 94% of the population. In 2024, the Front Working Committee of both hamlets closely followed the direction of the superiors, coordinated smoothly with the hamlet executive committee, branches, youth unions and pastoral councils of Quang Tinh, Phu Quang, Dong Xuan parishes and the pastoral council of Phu Xuan parish to strengthen propaganda work, mobilize people of all levels to promote the spirit of solidarity, democracy and consensus to effectively implement patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Fatherland Front at all levels...

Agriculture, small-scale industry, trade and services in residential areas are all developing quite well; the material and spiritual life of people in the two villages is increasingly improved. The average income per capita in 2024 is estimated to reach over 40 million VND; the proportion of well-off and rich households is 50.2%, the proportion of near-poor households is 3.17%, the proportion of poor households is 1.76%; the proportion of cultural families is 85.5%.

Attending and speaking at the Great Unity Day, comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee commended and congratulated the results and achievements that the cadres and people of village 3B and village 4 had achieved in 2024.

He also requested that the cadres and people of the two villages in the coming time should pay attention to implementing a number of issues well: Continue to promote the solidarity of the people, join hands and unite to actively and effectively implement emulation movements to live a good life and practice good religion; build and replicate effective production and business models; actively apply scientific and technological advances in agricultural production, improve product quality and design and income for the people; promote the spirit of mutual love, pay more attention and help to poor families and those facing difficulties in life; continue to do well in social security work, repay gratitude, remember the source of drinking water...

At the festival, Nghe An province and Quynh Luu district presented souvenir gifts to the residential areas of village 3B and village 4. At the same time, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee presented 10 gifts, each worth 1 million VND and the District Fatherland Front Committee presented 5 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND to poor households and households with special difficulties in the 2 villages. The Provincial and District Associations for the Protection of Children's Rights and Support of the Disabled also presented many gifts to local people./.
