According to the procedure, nearly 400 officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command only need to present their ID cards or bar-coded CCCD cards for the police officers to compare information in the previously collected population database, without having to fill out a declaration form. After determining the matching information, officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command will have their portrait photos taken and fingerprints taken. This process only takes about 5 minutes.
It is expected that within just 1 day, the application documents for 100% of officers and soldiers will be received. When the printing of Citizen Identification Cards is completed, they will be sent to the Provincial Military Command.
