Faced with the complicated developments of storm No. 10 Bualoi, on the afternoon of September 26, a working delegation of the Military Region 4 Command led by Major General Le Hong Nhan - Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Military Region inspected and directed preparations for storm No. 10 in Nghe An province.

Joining the delegation were representatives of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on the evening of September 26, storm Bualoi entered the eastern sea area of ​​the central East Sea, becoming storm number 10 in 2025. After entering the East Sea, the storm moved in the West-Northwest direction at a very fast speed of 30km/h on average. According to the forecast, from September 26 to September 30, the North, the Thanh Hoa - Hue area will have heavy rain. Heavy rain is likely to cause flooding in low-lying areas, urban and industrial areas; flash floods on small rivers and streams, and landslides on steep slopes.

During the inspection, the delegation of Military Region 4 heard a quick report on plans for natural disaster prevention and control, search and rescue, combat readiness, communication, calling on ships to enter safe storm shelters, ensuring logistics and techniques, and mobilizing forces and means when situations arise.

Major General Le Hong Nhan - Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 4 highly appreciated the initiative of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command in developing storm response plans, especially the coordination with local authorities, police, border guards and militia to deploy synchronous and timely solutions.

The Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 4 also requested the Provincial Military Command to continue directing units to closely monitor the storm's developments, maintain strict 100% military duty, and prepare means and techniques; continue to check, supplement, and adjust plans; prepare forces and means to respond promptly and effectively when situations arise.
