The contest aims to launch a vigorous emulation movement among officers and soldiers performing cryptographic tasks, to make achievements to celebrate the 122nd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday and the 67th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Cryptographic Industry. At the same time, to improve the level of awareness of professional theory and the ability to exploit and use the types of cryptographic technical means equipped, to serve well the requirements of ensuring command and direction in all situations. To foster typical examples as the nucleus for the in-service training movement and to participate in the higher-level cryptographic sports competition.
Through the contest, we can exchange experiences, learn from each other, raise political awareness, trust, and pride in the Border Guard and the Cryptography Industry, raise the sense of responsibility, love for the industry, love for the profession, strive to study and improve professional qualifications, overcome all difficulties, be ready to receive and complete well the assigned tasks. The contest is also an opportunity to test and evaluate the quality of the team of cryptographic officers and soldiers in the Nghe An Border Guard.
