Appointment of 3 deputy ministers of the Ministries of Health, Transport and Foreign Affairs

The Prime Minister has just signed a Decision to appoint 3 Deputy Ministers of the Ministries of Health, Transport and Foreign Affairs.

Specifically, in Decision 809/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Pham Le Tuan, Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, Ministry of Health, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Health.

Mr. Pham Le Tuan was born in 1958, his hometown is Tu Liem district, Hanoi city. Mr. Pham Le Tuan has held the following positions: Deputy Head of Medical Affairs Department, Hanoi Department of Health; Head of Planning and Finance Department, Hanoi Department of Health; Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Health; Deputy Head of Planning and Finance Department, Ministry of Health; Head of Planning and Finance Department, Ministry of Health.

In Decision 812/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister temporarily appointed Mr. Le Dinh Tho, General Director of the Vietnam Road Administration, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Transport.

Mr. Le Dinh Tho was born in 1963, his hometown is Trieu Son district, Thanh Hoa province. Mr. Le Dinh Tho has held the following positions: Head of Planning and Synthesis Department, Thanh Hoa Department of Transport; Director of Thanh Hoa Department of Transport; Head of Nghi Son Port Project Management Board, Thanh Hoa; Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee; General Director of Vietnam Road Administration.

In Decision 813/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister temporarily appointed Mr. Ha Kim Ngoc, Assistant Minister and Director of the Americas Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Mr. Ha Kim Ngoc was born in 1963, his hometown is Ung Hoa district, Hanoi city. Mr. Ha Kim Ngoc has held the following positions: Deputy Consul, Consulate General of Vietnam in San Francisco, California, USA; Head of North American Relations, Department of Americas, Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Counselor of the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan; Deputy Director of the Department of Americas, Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Assistant to the Minister and Director of the Department of Americas, Ministry of Foreign Affairs./.
