On May 18, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hai Duong province Nguyen Manh Hien presented the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to transfer Mr. Nguyen Quang Phuc, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and appointed him as Head of the Department.
