Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh congratulated the newly appointed officials. The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that this was the trust of the Party Committee and the Ministry's leadership in the newly appointed officials.
