Appointment of domestic and provincial personnel last week
(Baonghean.vn) - Last week, many personnel of ministries, branches and localities were appointed to new titles and new positions.
1. Ministry of Construction

The Ministry of Construction has just held a ceremony to present the appointment decision of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc to Mr. Nguyen Van Sinh (Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel) to hold the position of Deputy Minister.
With this appointment, the Ministry of Construction currently has 5 Deputy Ministers including Mr. Bui Pham Khanh, Nguyen Dinh Toan, Phan Thi My Linh, Le Quang Hung and Nguyen Van Sinh.
Mr. Sinh is 50 years old, from Hanoi. Before being appointed as Deputy Minister of Construction, he was Deputy General Director of Viglacera Corporation; Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Construction; Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel.

On February 7, Hanoi City Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Ministry of Public Security on the appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Dam Van Khanh, Deputy Head of the Investigation Security Department, Hanoi City Police, to the position of Deputy Head of the Investigation Security Agency.
Previously, on January 16, 2018, Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam, Deputy Minister of Public Security, signed Decision No. 265/QD-BCA-X11 appointing Senior Lieutenant Colonel Dam Van Khanh to the position of Deputy Head of the Investigation Security Agency, Hanoi City Police Department.

In Decision No. 188/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister transferred and appointed Mr. Nguyen Phu Cuong, Director of the Department of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Trade, to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Chemical Group.
In early 2018, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade agreed to introduce Mr. Nguyen Phu Cuong, Director of the Department of Science and Technology, to carry out the transfer process and report to the Prime Minister to appoint him to the position of Chairman of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Chemical Group.
Mr. Nguyen Phu Cuong has held the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology since November 20, 2014.
4. Hanoi

On February 9, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Ngo Thi Thanh Hang presented the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to transfer and assign Party Committee members to the Bac Tu Liem District Party Committee and the Hanoi Cooperative Union.
Specifically, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee presented the Decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, assigning City Party Committee member, District Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Bac Tu Liem District Le Van Thu to work at the Hanoi City Cooperative Union from February 1, 2018, holding the position of Chairman of the City Cooperative Union for the 5th term, 2017-2022.
At the same time, the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee was presented, assigning Party Committee member, Head of the City's Steering Committee for Site Clearance Truong Quang Thieu to work in Bac Tu Liem district from February 1, 2018, holding the position of District Party Committee Secretary, term 2015-2020.

On February 8, Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Le Thi Thin presented the decision of the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee on appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Bien, Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Thanh Hoa province.

On February 5, the People's Council of Binh Dinh province held the 6th session (extraordinary session) to consider and approve the proposal of the Provincial People's Committee on the election of additional Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term and a number of other reports and proposals.
At the meeting, the People's Council of Binh Dinh province passed a Resolution on confirming the results of the election of additional Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term; confirming the results of the election of additional Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term for Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, member of the Standing Committee of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term; deputy of the 14th National Assembly.

On February 5, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Tran Vinh Tuyen chaired the ceremony to hand over personnel decisions to leaders of a number of units.
Accordingly, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee decided to transfer and appoint comrade Pham Thi Hong Ha, Deputy Director of the City Department of Finance, to hold the position of General Director of the Ho Chi Minh City State Financial Investment Company; the term of office is 5 years.

The People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City decided to appoint comrade Le Hoang Minh, Head of the Department of Industry - Construction - Transport, Department of Enterprise Finance, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Enterprise Finance under the Department of Finance of Ho Chi Minh City; the term of office is 5 years.
The People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City decided to transfer and appoint comrade Pham Phu Quoc, non-professional member of the Board of Members, General Director of the Ho Chi Minh City State Financial Investment Company, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Institute for Development Studies; the term of office is 5 years.
Speaking at the decision-giving ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Tran Vinh Tuyen congratulated the comrades on their new assignments and hoped that they would soon approach their new jobs and complete their assigned tasks.
