(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of July 20, on the occasion of the annual conference between the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Laos held in Vinh City, Mr. Vilayvanh Phomkhe - Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of Laos and comrade Le Quoc Doanh - Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam and the working delegation offered flowers and incense at the Kim Lien relic site. Accompanying the delegation were comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and leaders of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
At the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House in Kim Lien Relic Site, the delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense to express their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - who fought and sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation of Vietnam and world peace. President Ho Chi Minh was also the one who established the special affection between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, between the Lao ethnic groups and the Vietnamese people. This special affection relationship that has been carefully cultivated is being continued to be strengthened and built by the two Parties, generations of Lao ethnic groups and the Vietnamese people in accordance with the sacred wishes of President Ho Chi Minh and the leaders of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party "The special friendship and solidarity between Laos and Vietnam will be forever green and everlasting".
