Ministry of Finance guides the equipment of public cars
The Ministry of Finance has just issued a document guiding a number of organizations (political-social-professional organizations) on providing public vehicles.
Accordingly, for state agencies and public service units established after Decision No. 59 that have not been equipped with cars for work and whose positions have a leadership allowance coefficient from 0.7 to less than 1.25, they will be equipped with cars.
The source of vehicles serving the unit's work includes vehicles transferred from the old dissolved unit to the new merged unit (if any), sources of transfer or rental service vehicles. In case there are no vehicles from the old dissolved unit, transferred vehicles or car rental service is not convenient, a new car can be purchased at a maximum price of 720 million VND/car.
Regarding the replacement of used cars that have exceeded the prescribed time and cannot be used anymore or have been used for at least 250,000 km (for mountainous, remote, isolated, island and particularly difficult areas, it is 200,000 km), they will be liquidated; if there are no cars to transfer, new cars can be purchased to replace the liquidated cars.
