Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong works in Nghe An

(Baonghean) -This morning (December 8), a working delegation of the Ministry of Justice led by Minister Ha Hung Cuong had a working session with leaders of Nghe An province on judicial work and civil judgment enforcement in the province.

Working with the delegation were comrade Dinh Viet Hong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the Department of Justice and the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Nghe An province.

In recent times, the judicial and civil enforcement activities of Nghe An province have been carried out quite comprehensively, in which many aspects of work have achieved high results such as: drafting legal documents; disseminating and educating the law. In particular, the civil enforcement work achieved a rate of 92% in terms of cases, 81% in terms of money, exceeding 10% in terms of cases, 18% in terms of money compared to the targets set by the Ministry of Justice and reducing 5% of outstanding cases.

Speaking at the meeting, Minister Ha Hung Cuong highly appreciated the leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the government of Nghe An province in the work of justice and execution of civil judgments. Thanks to that, the work of justice and execution of civil judgments has achieved high results, contributing to meeting the requirements of the industry, the Ministry and the locality. The work of execution of civil judgments has many remarkable changes, especially in reducing the backlog of cases and the results of execution of judgments on the total number of cases to be resolved. The Minister noted that in the coming time, Nghe An needs to develop a team of lawyers, strengthen the execution teams, focus on reducing the backlog of cases... to better serve the work of justice and execution of judgments. With the recommendations and proposals of the province, they will be submitted to the ministries and branches as soon as possible.

This afternoon, the delegation continued to work with provincial leaders to inspect the situation of summarizing the implementation of the 1992 Constitution in the province.
