(Baonghean) -Following the working program in Nghe An, this afternoon (December 8), the working delegation of the Ministry of Justice led by Minister Ha Hung Cuong had a working session with the leaders of Nghe An province to inspect the situation of summarizing the implementation of the 1992 Constitution in the province.
Working with the delegation, there was comrade Thai Van Hang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and leaders of provincial departments and branches.
Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong works with leaders of Nghe An province
On the basis of the documents issued by the Provincial People's Committee, the Working Group has directly assigned, directed and guided departments, branches, sectors, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, and the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to summarize the implementation of the 1992 Constitution. Up to now, the whole province has 13/20 departments, branches, 20/20 districts, cities and towns completing reports to send to the Standing Committee of the Working Group, focusing on the main issues: Implementation of the provisions of the Constitution on the legal status, functions and tasks of the People's Council, People's Committee, Chairman of the People's Council, Chairman of the People's Committee; the relationship between the People's Council, People's Committee with the National Assembly, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the Government, Ministries and ministerial-level agencies; provisions of the Constitution related to the organization and operation of the People's Council and People's Committee at the administrative level.
Concluding the meeting, Minister Ha Hung Cuong said that summarizing the implementation of the 1992 Constitution is an important task, involving many departments, branches, and localities, with a large amount of work, and must be completed in a short time. Therefore, Nghe An province needs to urge units and arrange funding to implement the summary plan so that localities have a basis for application... in order to complete the summary work with quality, on time as prescribed on December 15, 2011.
