Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan offers flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at Kim Lien Relic Site
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 22, comrade Dao Hong Lan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Health and the Ministry's working delegation visited the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, Nam Dan, Nghe An to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.

Also attending, on the side of Nghe An provincial leaders, were comrades: Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Bui Dinh Long - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Health.

In the atmosphere of celebrating the Party, celebrating Spring, and commemorating the 69th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day (February 27, 1955 - February 27, 2024), Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan and the delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense to express gratitude and deep respect to President Ho Chi Minh.


During his lifetime, Uncle Ho always cared about and had special affection for the health sector and the medical staff. He advised: “Doctors must love the sick; the sick entrust their lives to you; the Government entrusts you to treat illnesses and maintain the health of our people. That is a very glorious task.”



Following his advice, over the years, the leadership, cadres, doctors and nurses of the health sector have always promoted medical ethics and qualities of a physician in accordance with the viewpoint of "A good physician is like a mother". All have united to join hands in building an advanced, national, scientific and popular Vietnamese health care system, linked to the practical needs of the people.

In this sacred moment, the delegates vowed to forever study and follow his noble ideology, morality and style.
