Visiting Nghi Xa Commune Health Station, a national standard health station in 2011 of Nghi Loc district, the Minister instructed the medical staff to do a good job of initial examination at the grassroots level; in treatment, it is necessary to pay attention to combining Eastern and Western medicine methods to bring more efficiency. At Nghi Loc District Hospital - one of the district hospitals that has well implemented the autonomous contracting mechanism according to Decree 43/CP of the province, after visiting the facilities and medical examination and treatment conditions, the Minister took the time to talk with the medical staff of the Hospital, in which the Minister acknowledged and appreciated the efforts of the medical staff of the Hospital in the difficult conditions of the facilities but they have overcome to serve the examination and treatment of the people well. The Ministry acknowledged and accepted the recommendations of the Hospital Board of Directors to perfect the contracting mechanism and financial autonomy in public hospitals.
