The hottest issue this year, causing concern among schools, is the permission to bring recording devices into examination rooms. According to Deputy Minister of Education and Training Bui Van Ga, this is the second year that the regulations allowing candidates to bring recording devices, provided they do not have the function of playing audio or video on-site or transmitting information externally, have been implemented. This regulation aims to increase the transparency of the exam and enhance the responsibility and role of invigilators. Currently, invigilators have gained more experience in detecting and handling violations.
