Russia's foreign minister is visiting North Korea on Thursday. The two ministers are expected to discuss both bilateral issues and the situation surrounding the North Korea settlement.
According to colleagues, the two ministers warmly greeted each other and shook hands. Then the DPRK Foreign Minister said a few words. In particular, he congratulated his Russian counterpart on the formation of the new government and wished success in holding the upcoming football World Cup.
