Defense Ministers of 35 countries confirmed to go to Moscow to attend International Security Conference
(Baonghean.vn) - Defense ministers from 35 countries have confirmed their attendance at the 8th Moscow International Security Conference scheduled for April 23-25, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said on April 9.

“We expect military representatives and leading experts from more than 100 countries to attend the conference. So far, 35 defense ministers have confirmed their attendance.”
According to Mr. Shoigu, the agenda of this year's conference includes "efforts to maintain regional and global stability, including resolving the consequences of defeating terrorism in Syria, efforts to overcome the post-war period from a humanitarian perspective and the return of refugees."
“Issues related to missiles, peacekeeping operations, and international cooperation in the defense field will also be discussed,” the Russian Defense Minister said.
It is known that the events at this forum will be held at Patriot Park, on the outskirts of Moscow.
