Specifically, Minister Dinh La Thang requested the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Transport to widely publicize the hotline number to ensure traffic safety and order, and to receive and handle information via the hotline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For the Traffic Safety Committees, Provincial Police, and Department of Transport, it is also necessary to announce the hotline numbers and send them to transport businesses, stations, wharves, passenger cars, and airports for public posting. At the same time, conduct inspections and urge local units to implement them.
For the Tet holiday, Minister Thang suggested that daily reports must be made during peak periods. For particularly serious accidents in the area, the Traffic Safety Committee of each province and city must immediately report initial information.

Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Quoc Hung has requested the Department of Transport to coordinate with the City Police, Hanoi Transport Corporation and related units to urgently implement the direction of the National Traffic Safety Committee.
