Minister To Lam offers incense at Kim Lien Relic Site

On the morning of March 15, opening a 2-day working trip in Nghe An, Senior Lieutenant General To Lam - Politburo member and Minister of Public Security led a delegation of the Ministry to offer incense and flowers to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh at Kim Lien Relic Site.

After planting a memorial tree at Kim Lien Relic Site, the delegation offered incense at the Memorial House of Comrade Tran Quoc Hoan in Nam Trung Commune, Nam Dan.
Comrade Tran Quoc Hoan's birth name was Nguyen Trong Canh, born on January 23, 1916. He joined the revolutionary movement in 1930 and became a member of the Indochinese Communist Party at the age of 18. Comrade Tran Quoc Hoan was the highest leader of the Vietnam Public Security sector for 29 years.

In addition, he also held many important leadership positions such as Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission,... From 1972-1982, comrade Tran Quoc Hoan was a member of the Politburo and a National Assembly delegate from the 2nd to the 7th terms. He passed away in June 1986.
At the Memorial House of Comrade Tran Quoc Hoan, after offering incense and flowers, the delegation also planted a memorial tree in the grounds.
During his working trip to Nghe An, Senior Lieutenant General To Lam is expected to work with the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Nghe An Provincial Police and the Provincial Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police.
