Ministry of Information and Communications fined 200 million VND for an online game company in Nghe An
The Inspectorate of the Ministry of Information and Communications has just issued a decision to administratively fine Tri Tue Viet Software Development Service Company Limited (in Vinh City, Nghe An) 200 million VND.
Tri Tue Viet Company (address 27, lane 79, Tran Binh Trong street, Dong Vinh ward, Vinh city) with Mr. Doan Cong Quy as director committed an administrative violation in providing G1 electronic game services online without a decision approving the content and script of the electronic game.
For this violation, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Information and Communications decided to fine Tri Tue Viet Company Limited 70 million VND.
In addition, the Company also advertised the G1 video game without obtaining a decision approving the script content. This act was administratively fined 50 million VND.
The Inspectorate of the Ministry of Information and Communications also fined Tri Tue Viet Company for establishing a social network with the domain name somovui.com without a license, this violation was fined 30 million VND.
Tri Tue Viet Company Limited also provided, exchanged, transmitted, and stored information on social networks with the domain name somovui.com with content that was against morality and national customs. This act was punished with a fine of 50 million VND.
Thus, the total amount of administrative fines imposed on Tri Tue Viet Company Limited is 200 million VND.
According to information from the Ministry of Information and Communications, Tri Tue Viet Company Limited has committed administrative violations on a large scale and in large quantities. This is an aggravating circumstance stipulated in Point 1, Clause 1, Article 10 of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations No. 15/2012/QH13.
