The Political Commissar of Military Region 4 congratulated and highly appreciated the development of Bolikhamxay province in the past time; thanked the enthusiastic support of the provincial leaders, Party committees, authorities and people of Lao ethnic groups for the forces of the Military Region who are on duty to search for and collect the remains of martyrs and volunteer experts who sacrificed their lives in Laos and the forces of the Coecco Economic Cooperation Corporation who are on duty in Bolikhamxay province. At the same time, he hoped that the Party committees and authorities of the province would continue to pay attention and create all favorable conditions for the forces of the Military Region on duty in the area to successfully complete their assigned tasks.
