According to the information you provided and the diagram of the handover units, there are currently about 200 graves of Vietnamese martyrs who died in the wars in Laos in Xieng Khouang province. In the dry season of 2014 - 2015, the Special Working Group of Xieng Khouang province - Laos closely coordinated with the Special Working Group of Nghe An province, the Provincial Military Command, especially the Martyrs' Grave Collection Team of Nghe An province, which was performing tasks in Xieng Khouang province, to exchange information and create conditions for organizing field surveys and conducting excavations. To continue to effectively carry out the collection task during the remaining period of the 2014-2015 dry season and the following years, at the working session, the Steering Committee 1237 of Military Region 4 requested the Xieng Khouang Provincial Special Working Group to strengthen its leadership and promote propaganda work down to the grassroots level. Direct functional agencies in the provincial political system, Party committees and authorities at all levels to coordinate and create all conditions to help the Nghe An Collection Team in providing information sources on the graves of Vietnamese martyrs. Continue to create conditions for food, accommodation and ensuring safety for the collection force of Nghe An province in all directions during the process of surveying, searching and excavating the graves of martyrs. At the same time, assign experienced officers and grassroots ministries to join the Collection Team to organize the search and resolve good relationships with the local people.
