In the first 6 months of 2018, Division 324 has done a good job of preparing for training such as: Organizing 30 training courses, fostering cadres at all levels with 2,771 cadres participating; renewing 18,995 material tablets, training tools of all kinds; having 272 initiatives, 130 improvements; investing 18,539 working days, with a total value of 1,048,809,000 VND.

Continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement Directive No. 184 of the Standing Committee of the Military Region Party Committee, Directive No. 250 of the Standing Committee of the Division Party Committee on building "3 good, 3 no" Party cells. Proceed to supplement the working regulations of Party committees at all levels in accordance with the new regulations and instructions of the Central Committee (term XII). After 2 days of direct inspection of the Division's agencies and units under the Division, along with warehouses, stations and workshops, Major General Ha Tho Binh highly appreciated the inspection preparation work of the Division. Despite the short time and heavy workload, the leaders, commanders, agencies and units thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the inspection plan of the Military Region, creating favorable conditions for the delegation to complete the content and program according to plan.
