On October 19, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism held an online conference at 3 locations: Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City, to evaluate the results of rectifying the organization of performing arts and fashion shows (BDNT, TDTT) in the past 6 months.

According to Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ho Anh Tuan, in the first 6 months of implementing Directive 65 on rectifying cultural, sports and physical training activities, many localities have actively implemented it, especially the two key cities of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

At the conference, delegates and companies organizing BDNT and sports activities pointed out a number of issues that state management agencies need to continue to take measures to make BDNT and sports activities increasingly healthy: Although the problem of lip-syncing and lip-syncing has decreased, it is not yet completely eradicated. In November 2012, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will set up a hotline to receive information about violations in the field of arts, sports and physical training; before November 15, functional units will complete the Project to issue certificates for singers and models and submit it to the Ministry's leaders for consideration.
