Training and updating knowledge for leaders and managers

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 10, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh National Academy to open a training course to update knowledge for leaders and managers under the management of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Associate Professor, Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics attended and presented a number of topics of the course. On the province's side, there were comrades: Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, nearly 300 students attended the course.

Speaking at the opening of the course, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Duc Phoc emphasized: In the process of leading the Vietnamese revolution, our Party has paid great attention to the work of cadres in general and the work of training and fostering cadres in particular. Thoroughly grasping and concretizing the viewpoints and thoughts of President Ho Chi Minh and the policies and resolutions of the Party, in recent years, the Provincial Party Committee and Party Committees at all levels in Nghe An have always paid special attention and care to the work of cadres. Along with the synchronous implementation of the stages of planning, evaluating, arranging and rotating cadres, the Provincial Party Committee and Party Committees at all levels have focused on leading and directing the implementation of many effective forms of training and fostering cadres.

To meet that requirement and implement the regulations of the Politburo, organizing this course helps leaders and managers of the province update, research, and grasp a number of innovative issues in the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws in various fields; on the contemporary world situation that impacts Vietnam; on practical issues arising in leadership and management work and some new knowledge, skills, and experiences in leadership and management science, etc.

In order for the course to be implemented in accordance with the program and plan and achieve the best results, he suggested that the trainees thoroughly understand the purpose and requirements of the course and their responsibilities in their positions to have the right motivation and attitude towards studying, seriously, creatively and effectively; Linking the acquisition and comprehension of new knowledge with practical connections of the country, locality, agency and unit, improving the ability to complete assigned tasks well.
