Training a team of entrepreneurs to meet integration requirements

(Baonghean) - The project "Training Nghe An businessmen in the period 2012 - 2015, with a view to 2020" has been implemented since 2013 and has contributed to improving the capacity of the province's businessmen.

To implement the project, the Department of Planning and Investment has coordinated with Nghe An University of Economics and Technology, Business Associations, entrepreneurs and related units to unify the content and implementation program of the Project. At the same time, it has organized work with related units and partners in training and fostering the team of entrepreneurs to have a practical and useful training program for students. In 2013, 14 classes were organized for 1,672 students to participate, of which 10 classes were organized from the Project, with 1,190 students attending. And from other mobilization sources, 4 classes were organized, with 482 students attending; in 2014, 11 classes were successfully organized for 955 students to attend. Of which, there were 4 business start-up classes, 6 business administration classes and 1 in-depth knowledge training class for business executives (CEO); In 2015, as of November, 14 classes have been organized with 1,172 participants.

In particular, the In-depth knowledge training course for CEOs is organized dozens of sessions with many topics necessary for businesses in the current period. The class is held on holidays (Saturday, Sunday) which has created convenience for students in terms of time. The course funding is socialized (the provincial budget supports 40%; the Olympia Top School Scholarship Fund "the unit contracted to organize the course" supports 5% of the course funding; students contribute 55%). This is a course that is highly appreciated by the business community for its organization, content, and teaching staff...

The teaching staff consists of leading experts from universities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with many exciting and practical teaching methods to help students easily grasp the lessons, contributing to the success of the training courses. At the same time, through the training courses, the Organizing Committee invited representatives of relevant departments, agencies and sectors to participate in dialogue and remove difficulties and obstacles for businesses.
