Training a team of entrepreneurs to meet the requirements of integration.

(Baonghean) - The project "Training the team of entrepreneurs in Nghe An province in the period 2012 - 2015, with consideration to 2020," implemented from 2013 to the present, has contributed to enhancing the capacity of the province's entrepreneurs.

To implement the project, the Department of Planning and Investment coordinated with Nghe An University of Economics and Technology, business associations, entrepreneurs, and relevant units to finalize the content and program for the project. Simultaneously, it worked with relevant units and partners on training and developing the entrepreneurial workforce to create practical and beneficial training programs for participants. In 2013, 14 classes were organized for 1,672 participants, including 10 classes funded by the project with 1,190 participants, and 4 classes with 482 participants from other sources. In 2014, 11 classes were successfully organized for 955 participants, including 4 classes on starting a business, 6 classes on business management, and 1 class on advanced knowledge training for CEOs. In 2015, up to November, 14 courses had been organized with 1,172 participants.

In particular, the Advanced Training Course for CEOs was organized over dozens of sessions covering many essential topics for businesses in the current period. The classes were held on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), making it convenient for participants in terms of time. The course funding was socialized (40% supported by the provincial budget; 5% supported by the Top Olympia School Scholarship Fund, the contracted organizer of the course); and 55% contributed by the participants. This course was highly praised by the business community for its organization, content, and teaching staff.

The teaching staff, comprised of leading experts from universities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, employs dynamic and practical teaching methods that facilitate easy comprehension, contributing to the successful implementation of the training courses. Simultaneously, through these training courses, the organizers invited representatives from relevant departments and agencies to participate in dialogues and address difficulties and obstacles faced by businesses.

The Nghe An Business Training Program for the period 2012-2015, implemented over the past three years, has truly stimulated learning and capacity building within the province's business community.
