Business start-up training for cooperatives and enterprises

(Baonghean.vn) - During 5 days (from June 25 to 29) in Vinh City, the Cooperative Economic Support Consulting Center (Nghe An Province Cooperative Union) organized a business start-up training course for newly established cooperatives, member enterprises, and founders.

Training courses for businesses, cooperatives, and founders aim to equip them with knowledge on the ability to manage, operate businesses, and organize production and business effectively, with high competitiveness, close links, and active participation in production networks and value chains domestically and globally; more and more businesses and entrepreneurs have large national and regional brands.

In the class, students are trained in the following contents: Personal characteristics of successful entrepreneurs; Setting goals; Choosing business ideas; Analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks; Marketing mix; Instructions for making business plans for cooperatives; Detailed structure of business plans, instructions for building the main content of business plans.

Thus, cooperatives participate in production and business activities to support members in carrying out production and business activities more effectively; at the same time, they must always seek profits to ensure the existence and continuous development of cooperatives. Cooperatives need to consider agricultural service activities as business activities. The purpose of this course is to help agricultural service cooperatives carry out service activities for agricultural production to become commercial and development activities; agricultural producers must also become business people.
