On the morning of August 12, at Nghe An Provincial Military School, the Provincial Council for National Defense and Security Education held the opening ceremony of the Knowledge Training class.Defense - SecuritySubject 3, class 5, 2019 for 82 provincial-level department heads and deputy heads and equivalent.
Attending the ceremony were Colonel Tran Van Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command.
