Training skills for officers participating in district-level defense area drills in Nghe An

During 3 days (June 24 to June 26), the Nghe An Provincial Exercise Steering Committee organized training and fostering for cadres participating in the 2019 district-level defense area exercise for Nam Dan, Tan Ky, Dien Chau, Yen Thanh, and Quy Hop districts.

Through training, the content and methods of organizing drills are unified, training for the framework cadres to grasp the basic principles of the implementation process, perform well the preparation work, and develop drill documents; improve the leadership, direction, and management capacity of Party committees and authorities at all levels; the advisory capacity of the Military, Border Guard, Police agencies and departments, branches, and organizations; improve the ability to organize, command, coordinate, and be ready for combat of armed forces units when moving localities into defense states.
