At the training session, delegates heard the following contents: New points on the defense regime, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of victims and litigants in the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code; codes of ethics and professional conduct of Vietnamese lawyers.

Lawyers provide legal advice to citizens at the Nghe An Newspaper Legal Aid Office.

The conference will focus on implementing legal documents on the legal profession, improving professional capacity as well as professional ethics of lawyers to protect the legitimate rights and interests of organizations, units and individuals, contributing to ensuring a democratic, fair and civilized society.
