Training on administrative reform skills for commune-level officials
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 25, in Vinh city, the Department of Home Affairs opened a training course to improve knowledge and skills in administrative reform for the leadership team of the People's Committee at the commune level in 2014.

During the 3 days (from June 25-27), 122 trainees who are chairmen and vice chairmen of People's Committees of communes in 20 districts, cities and towns attending the training course will be introduced to the following topics: overview of state administrative reform; main contents and tasks of the overall state administrative reform program for the period 2011-2020; management of the administrative reform process; administrative procedure reform; some contents on responsibilities and tasks of leaders and staff at district and commune levels...
Through the training, commune-level leaders are equipped with more knowledge, skills, and expertise in administrative reform to lead and direct well the implementation of administrative reform tasks at the local level, reducing inconvenience for the people.
