Asian blockbuster Helios is about to be released to Vietnamese audiences
The Asian star-studded film Helios (Confrontation) is scheduled to be released to Vietnamese audiences from May 8.
Heliois (Vietnamese title is Confrontation) is the latest film by two famous directors Leung Lok Man and Luc Kiem Thanh. The film revolves around the search for a weapon of mass destruction – the DC8 device that can level Hong Kong in just one night.

The South Korean government, where the device was created, and the Hong Kong government, which is under threat of being wiped out, must mobilize all their resources in a tense confrontation to stop the terrorist plot. Their challenge is the super thief Xich Dao (played by actor Truong Chan) - who has stolen the DC8 weapon of mass destruction and is planning to trade it with the terrorist force in Hong Kong.
Who will own the super weapon and which side will be the outcome of this confrontation? The movie with many thrilling details will give the audience the answer.
Heliois features A-list actors from Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Korea including Jacky Cheung, Nick Cheung, Cheung Chan, Yu Man-lok, Man Wing-san, Ji Jin-hee and Choi Siwon, the handsome singer from the world-famous Korean boy band - Super Junior.

In addition to the star-studded cast, Helios promises to deliver eye-catching action scenes set on the bustling streets of Hong Kong and famous locations in Seoul, South Korea.
Director Leung Lok Min said that the process of filming these complex scenes was carried out smoothly thanks to the talent and professionalism of the top actors.
“We had a well-prepared and professional team. Although all the action scenes were very complicated and took place on busy streets, filming did not encounter any difficulties. The scenes with interactions between Jacky Cheung, Cheung Ka-fai and Wang Hok-ki were very impressive. They are truly masters of acting,” said director Leung Lok-man.
Helios is expected to be released to Vietnamese audiences from May 8, 2015.
