Add fish maw and crab meat to the broth pot, cook thoroughly. Mix tapioca starch with a little cold water, stir until dissolved, add flour to soup, stir well, bring to a boil. Beat eggs, pour into soup, stir well. Pour soup into bowls, sprinkle chopped coriander on top, pepper to taste. Eat while soup is still hot. Appetizer has the effect of strengthening spleen and kidney, treating back pain.

Five-spice fish maw: 50g fish maw, 3 Chinese sausages, 1 stir-fried chili, 2-3 green onions, 1/3 tablespoon of mai que lo wine, 1 garlic bulb and spices. Clean the fish maw, soak in ginger water and wine, squeeze out the water and cut into pieces; slice the Chinese sausages and stir-fried chili; clean and chop the onions.

Fry the fish maw in oil until golden brown, remove and drain.
