Military Region 4 Command: Meeting with retired senior military officers

(Baognhean.vn) - On the occasion of the 69th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2013), on the morning of December 19, 2013, the Military Region 4 Command organized a meeting with 570 retired senior military officers who had stopped working in the Military Region.

At the meeting, after listening to Major General Tran Tien Dung, Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Region, on behalf of the Military Region Command, provide some outstanding domestic and international political news; issues on National Defense - Security, on Army building and the results of the implementation of military and defense tasks of the Military Region's armed forces in recent times. Many delegates expressed their opinions to the Military Region Command on the thoughts and aspirations of cadres, party members and people towards the Party, State, Army and Military Region, and at the same time contributed their dedicated opinions to build the all-people national defense, the People's Army and the Military Region's armed forces in the new period.
