Military Region 4 Command: Congratulations on the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security (August 19)
(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the 69th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2014), the 9th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection, on the morning of August 18, Major General Dang Trong Quan, Deputy Commander of Military Region 4, led a delegation of officers from the Military Region Command to visit and congratulate the Nghe An Provincial Public Security forces and units under the Ministry of Public Security stationed in Nghe An province.
The Command of Military Region 4 visited and congratulated the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of Nghe An Provincial Police, the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Force of Nghe An Province and the 4th Mobile Battalion, under the Northeast Regiment, the Mobile Police Command, the Ministry of Public Security. The Deputy Commander of the Military Region congratulated the growth and development of the People's Police Force of Nghe An Province and the 4th Mobile Battalion in recent times. In particular, the Nghe An Provincial Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department has just been signed by the Minister of Public Security to establish a provincial-level Fire Prevention and Fighting Force under the Ministry of Public Security.

The Deputy Commander of the Military Region hopes that in the coming time, the Nghe An Provincial Police forces and the mobile police forces of the Ministry of Public Security stationed in the area will continue to closely coordinate with agencies, functional forces and units under the Military Region to regularly exchange and grasp the situation, especially to coordinate effectively in implementing Decree 77 of the Government on performing the task of protecting national security, maintaining social order and safety and National Defense tasks; implementing the signed contents of the annual joint conference on coordination in performing Military - National Defense tasks between the Military Region and localities and forces. Strengthen coordination in propagating, disseminating and educating the law, proactively fighting against social evils infiltrating the unit, focusing on propagating to all classes of people to strictly comply with the Party's policies and guidelines and the State's laws; effectively carry out the tasks of fighting crime, commercial fraud, maintaining political security and social order and safety in the area, contributing to building an increasingly solid national defense and security posture.
