Military Region 4 Command inspects training work at units
(Baonghean.vn) - On March 16, the inspection team of the Military Region 4 Command led by Major General Nguyen Van Hieu, Deputy Chief of Staff, inspected the first month of training at Regiment 764 and the Vinh City Military Command under the Nghe An Provincial Military Command.
The delegation conducted a comprehensive inspection of leadership, direction, and organization of training, practice, and ensuring the material and spiritual life of soldiers.
In the training content, the delegation focused on checking the stages and steps from preparation, training practice and evaluating results, drawing lessons; checking the maintenance of the implementation of the plan, daily and weekly schedules; training curriculum; command movements, training methods, political education of the staff directly involved in teaching; political awareness, basic movements of infantry techniques and tactics, team regulations, and physical exercises of new soldiers.
The inspection showed that the units had organized full training content according to the prescribed program, focusing on key content, close to the tasks of each unit.

Concluding the inspection, Major General Nguyen Van Hieu praised the preparation and training work achieved by the two units in the past time. Through the inspection and evaluation of the contents by the competent agencies, both units achieved good results.
He emphasized: “The leaders and commanders of the two units need to continue to properly implement the motto, viewpoints, and coordination in training; promptly encourage soldiers to overcome the sun and rain, practice enthusiastically, proactively and comprehensively train all contents according to the plan, closely following the special task requirements of the unit, achieve 100% of the training contents as good or excellent, ensure absolute safety, strive to achieve the title of excellent training unit, and practice strict discipline.”
