Coast Guard Region 1 Command: Launching emulation campaign to celebrate the 75th anniversary of National Resistance Day

With the theme "Promoting the spirit of national resistance, determined to excellently complete the tasks of 2021", the emulation campaign takes place over a period of 75 days, from October 5 to December 19, 2021.

During the emulation period, agencies and units focused on implementing well the main contents and targets such as: Organizing education and propaganda to raise awareness for cadres and soldiers about the historical event, significance and historical value of the 75th anniversary of National Resistance Day; about the birth and glorious tradition of the heroic Vietnam People's Army; about the situation of the country, the tasks of the Army, the Coast Guard and the Regional Command.

Building a spirit of internal solidarity, military-civilian solidarity and high determination, joining forces, overcoming difficulties and hardships, successfully completing the tasks of 2021, maintaining and promoting the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" - Coast Guard soldiers. Agencies, units, officers and soldiers of the entire Regional Command promote the spirit of the national resistance war of the past, strive, strive, and successfully complete the tasks: effectively combating all types of crimes and law violations; actively and proactively searching, rescuing, and saving victims; preventing, combating, and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, incidents, and epidemics; effectively implementing the Plan to combat IUU fishing.

Promote the implementation of Campaign 50 on "Managing and exploiting good, durable, safe, economical and traffic-safe weapons and technical equipment" and 2 breakthroughs in technical work "Building a disciplined technical system and mastering weapons and technical equipment" in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 382 of the Central Military Commission on technical work. Effectively implement the special emulation movement "The Coast Guard and the army and people of the whole country join hands and compete to prevent, fight and defeat the Covid-19 pandemic". Strictly comply with and implement the "5K + vaccine" measures; closely combine prevention and control, taking epidemic prevention as the main focus; pay attention to and take good care of the health of officers and soldiers, determined not to let the epidemic penetrate agencies and units, contributing to the whole country in preventing, repelling and defeating the Covid-19 pandemic.

Colonel Tran Van Rong - Chairman of the Regional Emulation and Reward Council said, This is an emulation campaign of special importance, aiming to continue educating, fostering, and promoting the spirit of patriotism, revolutionary tradition, indomitable spirit, and steadfast will of our army and people in the resistance war against the French colonialists; making cadres and soldiers in the entire Regional Command always proud of the glorious Party, great Uncle Ho, the nation and the heroic Army, creating a strong change in awareness and action in striving, cultivating and training to improve political qualities and revolutionary ethics; building the right motivation and determination to compete, proactively and creatively, overcoming difficulties, striving to excellently complete all assigned tasks, contributing to building a strong and exemplary Party organization, a "Model and typical" VMTD unit, and an excellent and strong mass organization.
