(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, September 10, under the chairmanship of comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to review self-criticism and personal criticism of comrades in the Standing Committee in the spirit of Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (11th tenure) "Some urgent issues in the current Party building work". Attending and directing the review meeting were comrades: Nguyen Ngoc Lam - Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee; Tran Minh Huan - Head of the Local Department, Central Organization Committee; Tran Van Dong - Deputy Head of the Local Department, Central Party Office.

Before entering the working session, comrade Phan Dinh Trac quickly reported on the flood situation, damages and solutions to overcome the damage in the province and localities in the province.

In order for the Conference on self-criticism and criticism to achieve good results, Comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Phan Dinh Trac requested that comrades in the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee review individuals to pay attention to the following issues: it is necessary to adhere to the instructions of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on a number of issues in personal review in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure) such as purpose, requirements, methods of implementation...; Due to the recent collective review of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, some opinions raised have not been responded to, so it is required that when individuals review, they must combine reporting, answering, and explaining those issues; during the process of scoring and giving each other self-criticism and criticism, if there are any issues that have not been explained, discussed satisfactorily, or raised but not immediately answered, the Inspection Committee will verify and clarify. In terms of time, it is expected to take place in 6 days, from September 10 to September 15. The request must be done thoroughly, satisfactorily, and ensure the set requirements. If the expected time does not meet the requirements, the review session will continue to work without time restriction.

On behalf of the comrades in the Central Working Group, comrade Nguyen Ngoc Lam - Deputy of the Central Organizing Committee, reminded the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee of some contents in the process of conducting personal reviews such as: For personal reviews, it is necessary to closely follow the Central guidelines, based on the comments of the collective and individuals, compare and evaluate the explanation; based on the review of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the advantages and shortcomings related to the responsibility of the responsible individuals that the collective review of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has raised. At the same time, draw on the experience of some localities to have a review method that must go straight to the key issues. Based on the self-review opinions of the participating individuals and collectives, the conference chair must immediately conclude for each comrade in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
