French President's European-style dinner in Ho Chi Minh City

On the evening of September 6, the entire first floor of Le Corto restaurant in the center of District 1 was filled with tables for the French president and his guests and entourage to dine. A few hours before the dinner, the President's personal bodyguards and waiters were present at the restaurant to ensure security and smooth preparations. |

French chef Sakal Phoeung, with 15 years of experience in five-star restaurants, designed the special menu for the President. |

Dinner took place in an intimate and cozy atmosphere with appetizers of fresh scallops, marinated salmon served with mashed avocado and mustard sauce. |

The main course was a plate of chicken Pintade cooked at low temperature, served with morilles mushroom sauce and apple mouse. |
