Cell phone electromagnetic radiation does not cause cancer

The weak electromagnetic radiation emitted by cell phones, wireless networks and some other communication networks is unlikely to cause cancer or be harmful to human health.

This information was published by the British newspaper Daily Telegraph on August 19, citing the research results of a scientific group of the Norwegian Expertise Committee.

Norwegian scientists studied cancer incidence statistics 20 years after mobile phones became widely used and concluded that the statistics showing a link between mobile phone use and the appearance of malignant tumors do not exist.

The research team also dismissed the possibility that electromagnetic radiation emitted from mobile phones and other wireless devices causes electromagnetic allergies (a term used to describe unpleasant symptoms in test subjects exposed to electromagnetic fields, including headaches, fatigue, stress, allergies, and muscle pain).

Scientists also believe that although electromagnetic radiation causes similar symptoms as above, it is not the primary cause of electromagnetic allergies.

According to the research group, allergies also arise from other psychological factors. Their research results prove that reducing the time spent using mobile phones cannot avoid allergies./.
