(Baonghean.vn) - At 10:00 p.m. on January 9, at Le Viet Thuat Street, in front of Military Hospital 4, Hung Loc Commune, Hung Binh Ward Police discovered Bui Duc Chinh (born in 1996, residing in Hung Loc Commune) illegally selling firecrackers to Nguyen Duy Phu (born in 1999, residing in Le Loi Ward).
At the scene, the force seized 10 self-rolled firecrackers weighing 0.75 kg. Searching Chinh's house, they also seized 4 more firecrackers weighing 0.38 kg and 3 packages of sulfur powder, KaCO3, and coal powder weighing 0.58 kg. Currently, Hung Binh Ward Police have filed a case.
On the same day, the patrol team of Ky Son District Police inspected a passenger car with license plate 37S-4698 driven by Nguyen Van Duc (born in 1968, residing in Dinh Son commune, Anh Son) and discovered and seized 4.2 kg of various types of firecrackers.
