(Baonghean.vn) -On November 11, Dien Thanh Border Guard Station announced that it had just caught Le Van Phi (born in 1989, in hamlet 5, Boi Son commune, Do Luong district) red-handed for trafficking women.

At 2:00 a.m. the same day, he and Le Thi T (born in 1993, in Hamlet 5, Dien Thanh Commune, Dien Chau District) were arrested on the way to Hanoi. According to the investigation, this subject confessed that he tricked T into taking her to a prostitution den in Hanoi.
