Nghe An Provincial Post Office deploys 2015 plan
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 13, in Vinh City, Nghe An Post Office held a conference to summarize business tasks in 2014 and deploy plans for 2015.
Attending and directing the conference were comrade Pham Anh Tuan, General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation. On the side of the provincial People's Committee, there were comrade Le Ngoc Hoa, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, representatives of leaders of a number of relevant departments, branches and sectors.

2014 is the first year that Nghe An Post Office operates after the end of the period of support for providing public postal services. Thanks to the clear determination to promote business development to maintain the public postal network and provide public postal services according to the technical standards and rates of the State, and at the same time quickly make a breakthrough to improve labor productivity and convenience, therefore, in 2014, despite many economic difficulties, Nghe An Provincial Post Office has exceeded its targets and plans.
Total revenue of 172.26 billion VND, reaching 117% of the plan, increasing by 23%, labor productivity of 220.5 million VND/person/year, increasing by 20%; average salary of 7.7 million VND/person/month, increasing by 18% compared to 2013. In 2014, Nghe An Provincial Post Office, in addition to continuing to focus on market development, promoting the development of key services, also developed new services such as: coordinating with the Provincial Police in providing public administrative delivery services such as ID cards, vehicle registration certificates, household registration delivery; coordinating with the Department of Justice to deliver criminal records; coordinating with the Department of Transport to receive and deliver driver's license renewal applications; coordinating with the Social Security to provide social insurance and health insurance collection services...

Speaking at the conference, comrades Le Ngoc Hoa, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Pham Anh Tuan, General Director of Vietnam Post praised the results that the staff of the Provincial Post Office have strived to achieve, and at the same time hoped that Nghe An Provincial Post Office would continue to maximize its internal strength, synchronously implement solutions to maintain growth rate, create sustainable development, and make increasingly important contributions to the socio-economic situation of the province as well as Vietnam Post Corporation.

On this occasion, in recognition of the achievements of Nghe An Provincial Post Office, the Prime Minister awarded the emulation flag to Nghe An Provincial Post Office, and Certificates of Merit to 2 units and individuals with outstanding achievements; the Ministry of Information and Communications awarded the 2014 emulation flag to 2 units under Nghe An Provincial Post Office with outstanding achievements; the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 5 collectives with outstanding achievements in 2014 and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded the emulation flag to Nghe An Provincial Post Office Trade Union.
